Shipping Policy

• Eternal Shine aims to ship orders received before 05:00 PM (Denmark time) the same day. Orders are dispatched the next working day.
• We offer worldwide shipping. Please refer to the shipping rates table below for details.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Eternal Shine is not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.

Note: If delivery cannot be completed at the provided address, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point. You will be notified. For assistance, please contact customer service.

• Deliveries are made on weekdays. Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
• Some products may have special delivery conditions, which will be displayed before purchase.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in the destination country.
• Applicable taxes and customs charges must be covered by the customer for both paid and free shipping orders.
• While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.
• If a delivery is refused, original shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
